Be there for me….rain or shine

As I was passing along flickr just browsing at umbrella big & small, tall & short this one looks cute and it rings a bell.
I need a cms to store my thoughts and ramblings. I look up many like movabletype, mambo, b2evolution, plog, blogger, wordpress and still I have reservations. . .
